1. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional fees apply)
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (customs fees may apply).
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Note: Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items with original tags and packaging.
- Eligible Items:
- Full-priced merchandise in original condition.
- Defective or incorrect items (report within 48 hours of delivery).
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken).
- Accessories (earrings, hats).
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
How to Return
- Request a Return: Contact us via the Returns Portal on our website.
- Ship Your Item: Securely package the product and include the original receipt.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead:
- Return the original item for a refund.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. International Returns
- Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs charges.
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs and import taxes.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, contact your local courier first.
- We are not liable for lost/stolen shipments after delivery confirmation.
